Understanding the importance of a perfect fit, I recognize that measuring mistakes can occur, and I'm here to assist. Should you require an adjustment to your bracelet's size, I provide a hassle-free resizing service.
For a nominal fee of $5.00 per bracelet, I am happy to manage the resizing for you. This fee includes the cost of shipping the bracelet back to you. The resizing service is complimentary with any purchase from me.
R E - S T R I N G
Should your bracelet break for any reason, I offer complimentary restringing. It will be returned to you for a $5.00 fee to cover the cost of shipping.
Please attempt to gather all the beads. If you're unable to locate them all, I'll replace up to three at no cost.
For more than three missing beads, select the repair option for three or more beads, which costs $10.00, (unless the bracelet was purchased within the last seven days). In that case, a $5.00 fee will apply solely for shipping.

Should you prefer a bangle-style beaded bracelet with the added energy of Copper, Silver, or Gold Metal Wire, I'm pleased to offer this customization. This threading method is more durable than stretch cord and includes a lobster clasp closure. The fee for this upgrade is $8.00, which encompasses both shipping and materials. This option is available for an additional $3.00 when you purchase any bracelet from my collection. (Link to add this style with purchase of bracelet)

- To initiate the process, purchase the necessary number of bracelet adjustments. If a bracelet re-string and the replacement of three or more beads are needed, select the 'repair plus extra beads' option for$10.00 to cover shipping and supplies cost only if it has been more than seven days since the purchase.
- Next, put your request and size in the message box at checkout.
- Please return the original bracelet (or individual beads) along with a note specifying the required size adjustment or any other changes you wish to make. You can use an envelope for this purpose; simply wrap the beads in a paper towel or similar material, place them in a plastic bag, and then put it all into the envelope.
