Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our 'In Store Policy' of treating every customer the same way we want to be treated, with Kindness, Love and Respect.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged, we will gladly Exchange for the same item/s or Refund your money.
In order for an Exchange, Return or Refund please meet the following requirements:
- Item must be returned and received by us within 30 days of purchase date.
- Item must be Unworn and with original tag attached*
- Item must be sent back in original packaging
- Item must be accompanied by completed Return Form in order to make sure we have your correct information and an Exchange or Refund is issued correctly.
- Exchanges are valid for same item purchases only **
Gypsy Gems Jewelry Box reserves the right to exercise discretion in denying exchanges, returns or refunds due to the condition of the product or lack of proof of purchase. Shipping on an original order is non-refundable.
* Items that are not Brand New and have been worn (even once) cannot be returned. (Due to the Covid-19 outbreak items must be returned without wearing and reach us within 7 days)
We cannot offer Exchanges or Refunds on Worn merchandise; that has become damaged from wear and tear, due to circumstances out of our control.
**Item/s Returned for Exchange with inventory unavailable can be exchanged for like merchandise of the same value or a store credit.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a refund in the same currency and same exchange rate as your original order. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once Orders are placed they are put into production and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders, although we will do our best! Please review your order before it is placed to ensure accuracy.
All Creation Bar Custom orders are FINAL. Once we receive your order, we put these into immediate production and ship to you as soon as completed. Usually these items are completed in 1 - 2 business days and ship out as soon as completed. (Let us know if you would like a finished photo sent to you before shipping).
