Shipping policy
Orders in stock that are placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. (If you need something sooner, just message us — we always do our best to help!)
Creation Bar Custom Handmade pieces - Please allow 3-5 business days for production, processing, and handling time for Custom Handmade items. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. We will try to get it to you ASAP!

Shipping rate is based on Final Total (after promotional discounts and before taxes).
**Free shipping is intended for standard residential orders. Large orders requiring multiple boxes may require additional shipping charges.
Arrival times are based on Carrier estimated ship time. Gypsy Gems Jewelry Box is not responsible for carrier delays by UPS, Federal Express or US Postal Service. Gypsy Gems Jewelry Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by carrier (UPS, Federal Express or US Postal Service). All orders placed over $300.00 will automatically require a signature upon delivery regardless of the courier. For all other orders please add a note at checkout if you wish for your package to be signed for upon delivery, otherwise noted, we will assume no signature is required. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust and select a shipping method accordingly.
UNDELIVERABLE/REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned with delivery failure (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) due to customer error will incur a $5.00 restocking/reshipping fee. A restocking & reshipping fee will be applied to the final refund amount or charged upon re-shipment of the order once the original package is received back.
Additional charges may apply for delivery addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses
We are sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to at some point!

Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
