We put together a list of our most frequently asked questions to help answer some of the questions you may have! If you need additional assistance or have any other questions, visit our Contact Us page. We are open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm (standard eastern time). We are happy to answer all questions you may have!

ORDERS and PAYMENTS

Change my order - Fill out form on Contact Us page and we will see what we can do for you!

Cancelling my order - If you wish to cancel your order, please Fill out Form on Contact Us page ASAP and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us, such as if the order has already shipped out, etc.

Change or add to an order - Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order and we cannot adjust it.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account. If your order is completed and shipped, start a new order and I will try to adjust your shipping fee to reflect the total amount purchased. If there is any way possible, I will do my best to fulfill your wishes.

Payment methods

Credit Cards - We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover. We do not accept Cash, Checks or Travelers Checks.

PayPal - Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Store credit and gift certificates- Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. Click here to find out more about gift certificates. Our Gift Cards are instantly delivered via e-mail, redeemable on our website, and they never expire!

Order verificationOrders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Sales Tax - Only Georgia residents will be charged sales tax

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Orders less than $49.99 ~ $3.95

Order above $50 ~ FREE

For all other order types, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

As you checkout, you will have the option to select next day, two day, UPS Ground or even Free Shipping if you are eligible.

When will my order ship? Please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 business days from the time of placing your order for your Gypsy Gems pieces and crystals to ship. Orders usually ship out the same day if we have time to get to the Post Office! We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order!

How long will I have to wait to receive my package? 

Transit times are typically 3 to 7 business days within the continental US for delivery.

  • Orders shipping via Ground may take 7 to 12 business days to be delivered.
  • Orders shipping via expedited methods arrive in about 1-3 business days (depending on the method selected). 
  • Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

Can I choose to pick up my item instead of shipping? Yes, you can choose the option at check out to Pick UP. 

Shipping Restrictions

Gypsy Gems does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on National Holidays. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Continental US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.

Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.

You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

Return Policy

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Gemstone and Crystal Energy! We offer exchanges and returns for your Gypsy Gems jewelry pieces within 7 days of your purchase date as long as the item has not been worn or opened from any sealed packaging. (See our Return Policy). Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Due to the Covid Epidemic and the fact that most all our products are worn on the body, or handled, the majority of our gemstones and crystal Jewelry and other opened products can not be put back into inventory and will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers make for happy Gemstones and Crystals!

Tracking your Return

We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Gypsy Gems Jewelry Box to replace it.

Please include the original invoice as well as the original packaging. Item must be the same as when it left our studio (Brand New and Unworn with all tags still attached and all 'clear sealed items' unopened). You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged ItemsIf you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please use the Contact Us page.

Repair Policy - We will gladly repair any beaded item within 15 days of order if it breaks due to our fault. Please check the Jewelry Care page. If it breaks due to wear and tear on your part we will still be happy to repair it for a fee of $10.00. you can bring it into the store or ship it back to us and we will repair it and ship it back to you at no charge.

Gift Cards - Purchase HERE

Paying with Gift CARDSGift cards can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, place your gift code in the gift card or discount code box, and hit apply. Once you click “APPLY”, your total will be adjusted.

GIFT Receipt We always include an invoice or receipt in any packaged order that is shipped out. If your package is a gift, they will not receive any information about the value of the package contents upon your request to us. Just message us when placing your order.

Jewelry FAQ'S

Custom Jewelry Designs at the Creation Bar - We LOVE making the designs that you create!  We also make custom designs, so if you need help just shoot us a message on the Contact Us page.  Each piece of jewelry is created in a clean environment and infused with powerful positive intentions. If there is a certain intention you want, just let us know. 

Each design is made with the finest Gemstones, Crystals and materials. We search the world over for unique stones and take pride in the finished product. Please take time to measure correctly

Wearing your Jewelry in WaterWe do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet repeatedly. Overtime, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials, or other materials used to create your piece and cause it to break. Sweat can also have a damaging effect.

Wearing your Jewelry while Sleeping - We do not recommend that you sleep in your jewelry as the stones need time to rest just as we do. We suggest placing it on your nightstand or nearby your energy so it can recharge.

How to find the correct Jewelry Size - 

Most Gypsy Gems Jewelry is unisex. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various size options though. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 16.5". The most common length for men is 21.5". For bracelets, the most common size for women is the 7" and for men is the 8". Learn more about our Jewelry Sizes by clicking HERE.

If you are still unsure about what size to buy, use a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist. Make the string fit like you'd want your piece to fit. Measure your string with a ruler and choose the size that is the closest to that measurement!
